The SPO has a team committed to generating impact, is open to adapting to
change and has the skills to manage an organization professionally. 

The SPO can receive and make efficient and strategic donations and/or investments.
It has a strategic plan or business model to be financially and operationally sustainable.

The SPO generates a real social and environmental change in the population,
on the planet, or interest groups as a result of its actions; and can measure
and manage the impact to replicate or deepen it..

SPO Level: The SPO and its leaders have systemic
thinking; they embrace innovation and adjustments
to accommodate internal change and adapt to the
context. They can interact with the ecosystem and/or
markets to build collaboration or join alliances to
enhance their impact objectives.
